El Ayuntamiento de Segorbe ha otorgado a estas tres entidades una subvención por un importe total de 4.500 euros que se desglosan de la siguiente manera:
– 1.500 euros para Cruz Roja y su apuesta por el fortalecimiento de los medios de vida de familias productoras en la región central de Burkina Faso.
– 1.500 euros para Manos Unidas por su proyecto por la Educación para el desarrollo, sensibilizando a la población española de la necesidad de comprometerse con los países en vías de desarrollo.
– 1.500 euros para PROYSO por la atención integral de los niños y niñas del Centro Infantil Luis Amigó en Evinayong (Guinea Ecuatorial).
«Este Ayuntamiento es muy consciente de que no todo el mundo tiene acceso a la mismas oportunidades. El fomento de la responsabilidad social, empieza por las administraciones. Contribuir a la redistribución de la riqueza permitiendo que nuestro entorno más próximo disfrute de oportunidades y se desarrolle, revierte en su futuro y por lo tanto en el nuestro», señala Marisa López, Concejala de Servicios Sociales.
