El pasado viernes, 17 de febrero, tuvo lugar la celebración de la “Cena del Hambre-Sopar de la Fam 2023” de nuestra asociación, gracias a la organización desde la Parròquia Sant Joan Apòstol y a la cesión de las instalaciones por parte del Ayuntamiento de Massamagrell.
Las primeras en llegar fueron las mujeres del grupo de Cáritas Parroquial, quienes, delantal en mano, tan laboriosas y activas como siempre, se pusieron a preparar las decenas de bocadillos que pudimos disfrutar un rato después. Agradecer un año más, su esfuerzo infatigable por conseguir la colaboración de los comercios participantes y en la recaudación por la venta de tickets y Fila 0 del acto.
Las mesas lucían de blanco y, poco a poco, se completaron con los folletos de Proyso, calendarios de bolsillo, agua, pan y naranjas. Agradecemos al Grup Scout Sant Joan y al Agrupament Escolta Alezeya su ayuda en el montaje de las mesas y del audiovisual ¡siempre tan dispuestos a echar una mano! Pronto nos vimos rodeados de gente conocida y querida con la que hablar y compartir la velada.
José Ribes, párroco de la Parròquia Sant Joan Apòstol – Massamagrell, agradeció la asistencia de los presentes y bendijo los alimentos que íbamos a consumir (gracias a la donación del pan y de la fruta por parte de los hornos de la localidad y de comercios colaboradores). Tras ello, dio paso a Mar Manresa, secretaria de nuestra asociación, quién, en representación de Proyso y visiblemente emocionada y agradecida por poder celebrar de nuevo esta cena tras la pandemia, explicó el proyecto apoyado en el evento y presentó los vídeos que nos acompañaron durante la cena. “La educación de la infancia es el futuro de cualquier país”-matizó.
Tras la cena, llegó la hora de la divertida rifa benéfica donde todos los asistentes se volcaron comprando sus tickets para optar a alguno de los muchos regalos que se sorteaban. Naturalmente, queremos agradecer encarecidamente la colaboración de todos los comercios locales, particulares y al Grupo de Tejedoras Voluntarias de Proyso los regalos que se donaron para que esta rifa fuera posible. Enhorabuena a los premiados y muchas gracias a los que participaron, aunque sus números no fueran los afortunados ¡al año que viene lo volveremos a intentar!
La asistencia fue masiva, como se puede apreciar, y pasamos una velada solidaria entre amigos.
También queremos agradecer la presencia de la corporación municipal y los diferentes grupos políticos.
A la finalización del acto, nuestra presidenta, Mari Carmen Amigó, recibió de manos de D. José Ribes el importe recaudado para colaborar en los gastos de material escolar y medicamentos para el CILA-Centro Infantil Luis Amigó de Evinayong (Guinea Ecuatorial): 1.243€ en la venta de tickets y 568€ en la rifa ¡1.811,00€! Muchas gracias en nombre de los niños del CILA por lo recaudado. ¡Sois increíbles!
